Gracie's Promise Board President Nancy DeBolt
and All Saints Episcopal priest Mary Jellison
accept a check from John Masters, Executive
Director for the Foundation for the Episcopal
Diocese of Wyoming
The Foundation for the Episcopal Diocese of Wyoming blessed
Gracie’s Promise with a grant for $14,000 in August 2010.
$10,000 of the money is to be used for families, and $4,000 is
earmarked for website development.
We began Gracie’s Promise as an answer to the Diocese of
Wyoming and the Foundation which gave money to each
Episcopal Church in Wyoming, challenging the congregations
to discover ways to reach out to their communities and
regions in order to nuture people in a Christian way. These
efforts were called Mustard Seed projects.
All Saints Episcopal Church of Torrington, Wyoming, deemed
Gracie’s Promise to be one of our Mustard Seed projects.
Gracie’s Promise is growing like a Mustard Seed thanks to all
those who donate time, talent, and treasure to our efforts.
The Board and Friends of Gracie’s Promise accept this money, with gratitude, from the
Foundation to sustain and further our work.
